Archer Library: Poster Exhibit

September 11, 2001: The Day That Changed the World, will be available August 30 - September 30, 2021 on the Main floor of Archer Library. In addition to the curated posters, attendees will be able to explore selected resources from the library collection.

This educational poster exhibition "recounts the events of September 11, 2001, through the personal stories of those who witnessed and survived the attacks. Told across 14 posters, this exhibition includes archival photographs and images of artifacts from the Museum’s permanent collection " (9/11 Memorial & Museum, 2021).
 

Posters include images, information, and resources concerning the events of September 11th attacks on the World Trade Center, Pentagon, and Flight 93. They may may be difficult to view.


September 11, 2001: Poster Exhibit & Resources

A library guide has been created to support the poster exhibition. Explore the guide for additional information about the exhbit, a 9/11 timeline and memorials in NY, PA, and VA,  links to local newspaper reports and articles on September 11 and 12, and Archer Library collection resources. The guide will remain available for viewing at the conclusion of the exhibit.
